Why Not Buy From a Pet Store?
At one time this dog was sold for a lot of money from a pet shop. We know this because he was microchipped.
By the time we got him into rescue he had been through so much and was so damaged in mind and body we could not save him although we really tried. Always before we have been able to help them and place them these dogs with such harsh beginnings and long sad lives. It is with a heart ripped and torn that we put him gently to sleep. He did have a few months of living in a loving home ( and not the back yard as he had been living in a goat pen alone).
In rescue Mr. T's eyes were fixed (entropian) and he was neutered and he was with us so long that he was housetrained and had learned so many things about being a loved cared for pet. For a few months his eyes did not hurt him every time he blinked. He was treated kindly till the end when we made the difficult decision to end his life. His "rage" turned on and off like a light. No one helped him they just passed him along to the next unwary home.
He was so damaged that he was not safe. It was not his fault that he was a dangerous animal.
