Lois and clark  Basset Hounds

Adopted!

Lois and Clark are doing great. They get along with both of our springer spaniels. Lois loves to chase Abby (1 yr old female springer) all over the yard. They play all the time and Abby finally has somebody who loves to chase her. Abby loves to fetch, and I throw toys for her to go fetch, and Lois follows Abby wherever she goes. Clark tries to chase them, but he can't always keep up with them, so he runs in little bursts and then stops. He likes to walk around the yard, and play with his toys and chews them until his tired and ready to take a nap. Lois and Clark are doing great with the doggy door that we installed and they go in and out as they please. We haven't had any accidents in the house since we installed the doggy door, and the springer spaniels also love to go in and out.

Lois also plays with Leo (3 yr old springer) as well, but he's more of a quiet springer and doesn't run as much as Abby, but Leo gets along well with both Lois and Clark. Both Lois and Clark love playing with Leo and Leo's very gentle with them. He's constantly giving them kisses to them. Clark is more like Leo where he picks a toy or something to chew ad lays back down on his pillow like Leo. Lois and Clark played a little bit this morning and irght now they are taking their 2nd nap for the day. We got a nice big pillow for them, and they take lots of naps on it.

These cuties, Lois and Clark (or whatever you wish to name them) were turned into the shelter as strays, and their owner never picked them up. Their tummies, feet, and tails were stained urine yellow - I don't want to know who owned them. They have learned the doggy door and are doing great with going in and out. These little sweeties are full of kisses, and hungry for love. The are very bonded, as they have just had each other, so they will be placed together.
