Julie meet Topper and knew she wanted him in her family. She was going to present him to her family at Christmas. BUT after she played with him she had to take him home. Topper has a family to play with him and love him.
Topper is a young basset (maybe beagle mix). He was a stray, luckily
picked up by a great person, with the coyotes close on his trail. He is
sweet, house trained (couch familiar) typical basset.
