Sparkle has her forever. home. She has a 3 year old male to play and romp with named Winston Churchill. They are going to change Sparkles name to Margaret Thatcher, Maggie for short. The whole family totally fell head over heels in love with her at first sight.
Sparkle is a darling 1 year old puppy. She came in from a family with small children and was very, very thin. She went to ground when children approached her. She was not housetrained. It has been for fun to watch her gain some weight, realize that she is safe, and start playing with the other basset. She is now the puppy she should be. I WILL NOT place her in a home with small children. Her dream home is a home with another basset to play with. She is working on house training and is doing well, but will mess, if someone is not there to take her out and praise her for doing a "good job". This sweet puppy will be a great addition to the right family.
