Jerry desired a female basset to keep him company. Lola was exactly what he was looking for.
Lola is a wonderfully social, fat, happy little girl. She is 10 months old. She is crazy about kids and other dogs. She is a beautiful dark tri-color with wonderful freckles on her tummy. I sat at Petsmart with her last week-end and within 10 treats she learned to "sit". She uses the doggy door and hasn't chewed inappropriately. She loves balls, but I'm keeping the stuffed toys up, it is hard for pups with stuffed toys to learn the difference between the toys and the couch. Lola loves kids, but she also jumps up on people, so she would probably knock over small children. She is also a food hound, so food in kids hands wouldn't be there long, making some small children unhappy.
