Sandy  Basset Hound

Marie saw Sandy's breeder's dogs at a dog show 4 or 5 years ago and wanted one. Sandy's breeder who was willing to take her back and donated heavily to her surgery, only had one pup since Sandy's litter.  So when Marie saw Sandy she recognized her and was sold on her.  Sandy is so sweet. Marie, who is an professor at EWU has taken her to school, and meetings and Sandy just sit quietly, happily with her.  What a great match.

Sandy recently went to see the Vet about the growths - cists.
(NO SHE DID NOT CUT HERSELF SHAVING!)
32 were removed,
5 hours of vet time!
Yea, she looks like she has been through a war!

Sandy is an absolutely beautiful tan and brown six year old female Basset. She loves to go for daily walks and is an absolute dream on her leash. She's silly, playful and purr's when having her tummy rubbed. She's very strong willed and yet loves to please. She'd be best suited with a family that has no other pets as she loves to be Queen of the castle. She's also best around children over 10 and adults. She has fatty growths that her veterinarian says don't cause her any pain. She's a happy, healthy, outgoing and lovely lady. She'd be a wonderful addition to your family.
