Lady Bug and Beasley came into rescue
together. Mary was looking for a female basset. I told her about Lady Bug,
but explained that Lady Bug and Beasley were a pair. When she came to see
them, she fell in love with both of them. Beasley is such a sweet, funny
old man - what's not to love. Lady Bug is the typical sweet female. Lady
Bug and Beasley are Mary's first bassets (she had had hounds before) but
she is having all the wonderful experiences we basset people have with our
kids, and loving every minute of the silly basset experience.
