Jolene and family had a basset/boxer female and the family wanted another basset and also a playmate. Floyd moved in and totally filled the bill. They installed a doggie door and Floyd taught everyone how to use it. Floyd has a lot of personality and the family is busy laughing at him and his silly ways. Floyd is a great, fun, loving 6 year old. He loves being petted. He also loves to walk you. This is one happy boy. He is house trained, doggie door trained, knows his sits. Floyd was a stray, a family adopted him in Feb and turned him in to basset rescue in May. These people were not basset people and did not understand the wonderful traits of these silly hounds.
